Wow, it's been amazing. I was really looking forward to trying it. It is a interesting fish spa where the little cutie fishes called Garra Rufa exfoliate the dead skin on your feet by EATING them! The fishes are originate from a hot spring in Turkey where its commonly known as “Doctor Fish” for their effectiveness in assisting eczema and psoriasis patients in their healing process.
I went to try it with my best friend, Betty LOL. It was a heavily raining day. We thought that it might be canceled due to inconvenience of walking through from Sungei Wang to Pavilion KL. HaHa God Blessed Us. It stopped after half an hour. Cool. We both walked to Pavilion then. There was a lot of customers crowded in front of the main entrance. Wow the fishes are so cute! After made the payment, we needed to wash our feet in the washing area. Once our feet were cleaned, we Q for the fish spa in a row. It was Sunday, too many customers, a long Q some more. Sigh, we are waited about half an hour. Finally, our turned. LOL
"Walao eh" oh gosh, so itchy, GELI GELI. "Mummy~~~~" =( . I wanted to scream. LOL However, I could not do such embarrassing thing in front of so many people what isnt it? "Buat Malu Saja". You can hear a lot of kids were screaming around. The sensation is ticklish and quite geli but you get used to it after a while. The fishes are actually toothless (thank goodness!) and nibble in quick, sucking motions. With the bigger fish, it feels a little more uncomfortable as you can actually feel their sharp snouts as they nibble frantically away. The smaller fishes, on the other hand, nibble with a sensation that feels more like pins and needles which are more tolerable if you’re sqeamish. I did not even know I had that much dead skin!! HaHa You should try it out guys!

Ray & Betty After 30 minutes, a staff came to us and gave us the towels to dry our feet. Then we back to the washing area to clean our feet. Done!
The fish spa is supposed to be good for those with skin problems like eczema and psoriasis. Apparently, it helps the skin condition because the fish clear away the dead skin and allow new skin to grow. Its not cheap but its definitely worth the experience so I’ll be back to feed more fish. Hahaha
